Me & Laruku ~~ The History~~
It starts in 2001...
It's the year when I moved to Surabaya... to learn in Petra University. I met a friend whose copies Japanese cds. Pertama- tama gw mesen cd yg isinya lagu2nya Kenshin. Sayangnya dia kaga ada 4th Avenue. Coba di punya... gw sdh kenal Laruku pas itu.
The second cd I ordered was a compilation cd. One of the songs was "Dive to Blue". I made the list by myself. And I read here and there that Laruku was the greatest band in Japan. That's why I put the song on the list. With the light happily beat, I thought the song was good enough. I heard Glay's "However" at the same time. And kinda like them both. My first Laruku's & Glay's song. ^=^
Several weeks, my friend told me that he has another album from Laruku. It's Heart - my first Laruku album. It's a good album. We - me & my sister - played it a lot.
Several weeks, I went to a market. This market sale several Japanese cd & vcd (just the copy). Just go in a accident, I ask the store if they have some of Laruku's cd/vcd. And that's the first time I SAW the FACES ot the band members in Honey. Without a second thought I brought the "Chronicle" home. I thought that it was sooo d**n cool. Well... yes, my sister already heard "Dive to Blue" and she liked it more than I do!
Almost the same time, we got the "13 Clicked Singles". Aha,... yes, ...after the "Chronicle" and "13...", we truly madly deeply love this band!! That's the final decision!! Keputusan juri TIDAK BISA diganggu gugat!!
Might be a year from that, I was watching Grand Cross Tour. And behind me... suddenly, my sister cried...
And She Said .. thank you for sharing Laruku with her. She appreciated it so much. She was sooo glad to know this band... and we... share our love and feelings bout this lovely band... with those 600.0000.... tremendous fans at the concert...
And that's about the beginning of our hunting.... Ahahhahha, we're still hunting the Laruku's stuffs now! Until... EIEN!!!
